Every client relationship starts with the process of agreeing key performance indicators, such as target sales, new levels of distribution, etc. Thereafter progress is reported and reviewed in a timely, clear, precise and unambiguous manner. The format and content of sales reports is decided by the client. We believe transparency is a powerful force that promotes accountability, particularly with regard to providing accurate and relevant performance reviews.
