Outsourcing sales resources with the Miles Group offers access to a multi-skilled, highly experienced team, in a cost effective way that can be scaled to meet individual business needs. In the current environment brand owners are obviously reluctant to increase the head count. Outsourcing the sales resource minimises recruitment and retention costs in addition to training and other associated HR costs.

The model is all about reducing risk, enhancing efficiency and opening new routes to market. That makes the concept especially appealing in recessionary times, as brands and businesses look to review their operations and overheads. Demand for our service is increasing as it becomes more difficult for manufacturers to justify the cost of employing a dedicated sales force.

The Miles Group operates three sales teams across two divisions: Pharmacy and Volume, the latter covering Grocery, Drug, Discount and Healthfood markets whether they be leading national multiples or influential regional groups. By concentrating efforts by division we are able to provide dedicated expertise in each trade sector.

Specialising in providing sales expertise with exceptional administrative support we do not hold title to goods, leaving warehousing, distribution and invoicing activities for our clients to perform. This allows us to focus on what we do best, selling.
